With a wealth of experience in multiple disciplines, Nasser brings a unique perspective on building strength, stamina, and longevity to athletes of all ages. He stands as a powerful example that peak physical conditioning is achievable at any stage of life.

At 65 years strong, Coach Nasser is a living testament to his own methods, maintaining an extraordinary personal training regimen that includes 80km of running and 400km of cycling weekly. His competitive journey is extensive, having completed countless endurance events across Asia. His athletic versatility is showcased by his active participation in a wide array of demanding competitions, including marathons, duathlons, trail running events, Hyrox, and Spartan races.

Coach Nasser’s approach is rooted in functional fitness, sustainable habit-building, and methodical, injury-free progression. He specialises in creating realistic and tailored routines that fit seamlessly into his athletes' lifestyles, whether they are preparing for a competitive race or embarking on a new journey toward a healthier life. His coaching focuses on developing holistic well-being, ensuring that every individual builds a strong foundation for lasting health.
