What is KIDNETIC?
Designed for children aged 9 to 12, the KidNetic™ Program builds on early movement skills while uncovering hidden athletic potential. With a focus on speed, agility, strength, and coordination, structured drills and dynamic games create an environment that nurtures teamwork, discipline, and self-confidence.
Whether your child is just starting out or already active, KidNetic™ sets the stage for a healthy, competitive future.
Note: The program welcomes all children, regardless of their fitness levels or prior experience.
Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

The KidNetic programme is designed for athletes who are ready for moderate to higher intensity training. Participants will learn a variety of skills, including hurdles, jumping, throwing, pacing, and racing strategies, with a primary focus on running.
Importantly, the programme does not specialise in any specific event. Instead, it ensures that all athletes learn a comprehensive range of skills.
This approach emphasises building strong foundational movement skills, ensuring that each athlete has a solid basis for future athletic pursuits.
All necessary equipment is provided, creating an inclusive and supportive environment for development.

Our programme is tailored for students aged 9-12. For younger participants, we may assess their readiness during the initial sessions to ensure they can follow instructions and maintain focus.
If needed, we recommend starting with private sessions before transitioning to group training.
For athletes younger than 9, please refer to LearnToRun.

We will categorise your kids to their age group according to their YEAR of birth.
For example: Anyone born in the year 2013 will be in the 12 years old category in 2025 regardless of their birth month and date. Likewise, 2012 kids will be in the 13 years old category in 2025.
KidNetic is only for kids aged between 9 to 12 years old. If your child is turning 13 in 2025, then he/she can consider our Competitive Programme.
-
To promote independent engagement, we encourage parents not to observe the class directly. This ensures a focused environment for our young athletes.
-
Comfortable athletic wear is recommended, and covered shoes. Please bring a water bottle for hydration.
Spikes are only required for athletes aged 10 years old and above.
-
The minimum age for KidNetic Programme is 9 years old.
However, participation depends on the coaches’ assessment of the child's readiness for outdoor training, considering their ability to follow instructions and fitness level.
We aim to maintain a consistent level of understanding and fitness within the class to ensure a positive experience for all participants.
