The coaches are patient and encouraging, providing constructive feedback while designing varied workouts that target every essential aspect of performance, from endurance and strength to speed and technique. Their adaptability is also a great asset; they always have an effective backup plan, ensuring our training remains comprehensive even during bad weather.

This high-level focus on technique was instrumental in helping me break the 11-second barrier. Beyond the physical improvements, their constant encouragement helps me stay calm during competitions, allowing me to focus on executing our race plan.
