The coaches consistently check in on our well-being and adjust workouts based on our daily condition. Their approach to technical coaching is incredibly thorough; for instance, they use multi-angle video analysis for block starts, which helped me gain self-awareness of my form and correct flaws I was never aware of. I joined when I was very unfit after a long break for exams, and the coaches were incredibly understanding, providing extra gym sessions and personalised guidance to help me rebuild my fitness.

This dedicated support led to immediate results. Within four months, I achieved significant personal bests in the 100m and 200m. Their belief in me was also crucial in helping me run a sub-60-second 400m at the Singapore Open 2025.
