“Training with FWCC is both fun and motivating. The coaches and athletes are friendly, creating a well-organised environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging. As someone with no prior track background, I initially joined simply to learn how to run, but the more I trained, the more I was inspired by my teammates and the high-performance culture.

Starting later than my competitors was challenging, but the coaches never gave up on me. Through their structured sessions, covering everything from speed and endurance to technique, and personalised feedback, they helped me become a stronger, faster version of myself.

Their dedication led to results I never thought possible. After less than six months of intensive training, I qualified for the 400m semi-finals at the National School Games. A year later, at the 2025 NSG, I improved my personal best by six seconds, clocking 66.37 seconds to place 7th in the finals.

I wouldn’t have reached that level without their support. I’m incredibly grateful for their belief in me, even when I doubted myself. They have helped me improve significantly and given me the drive to continue pushing myself to new levels."

From Isabelle’s Parents:

Under FWCC’s guidance, Isabelle has demonstrated remarkable improvement in the 400m. Beginning with a time of 75.94s at All Comers 1 in 2024, she has shown consistent progress, achieving a new personal best of 66.37s at the National School Games 2025 finals.

This almost 10-second improvement in less than two years is a reflection of her discipline, determination, and the effectiveness of FWCC’s structured training. Her steady advancement through major competitions, including the Age Group Championships and National School Games, highlights both her growing confidence and competitive strength.

We are proud of her achievements and look forward to her continued success in athletics.
